Did you ever wonder if your downdog is "aligned" or, are you feeling any discomfort when you practice? Curious how to modify poses to meet your unique needs? Or do you just want to gather with your friends for a yoga class, bootcamp or fitness challenge?

Private sessions begin at $60/1 hour & vary based on length, style & # of persons.

YOGA

 A private yoga session allows for a more intimate view into your personal practice.  In a one on one session you can begin a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. Sessions are also available for small groups.

REIKI

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body & restore physical and emotional well-being. 

MEDITATION

Meditation improves our overall well-being by developing inner-peace, compassion & wisdom. Through the use of basic yet fundamental exercises, we learn to how to cultivate awareness and accept all of life's challenges. 

HIIT/PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one-on-one with an experienced teacher to enhance strength, balance, conditioning & coordination through a blend of cardio, yoga, strength training & encouragement.

BARRE/PILATES

Barre & Pilates strengthen & elongate muscles by using your own body weight, gravity & props through controlled exercises. They each help improve posture, increase lung capacity & develop strong, sculpted muscles.
